BVSC was honored with awards for Listed Enterprises & Corporate Governance voted by regulatory agencies

With the purpose of summarizing listing activities and promoting the application of advanced corporate governance standards, on the afternoon of November 8, 2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange organized the "Annual Business Conference 2024" aims to meet, exchange, and share information and experience on corporate governance between the listed and registered business community with market management and operation agencies.

The conference went through discussion sessions and affirmed that improving the quality of information disclosure is not only the responsibility of listed/registered businesses to shareholders and the investor community, but also helps businesses enhance image and build credibility from the stock market.
At the conference, HNX announced the listed enterprises with the best corporate governance practices in 2023 - 2024 and the large-scale UPCoM enterprises with the best information disclosure & transparency in 2023-2024 to encourage and recognize improvement achievements that businesses have achieved, and at the same time spread the efforts of these businesses in implementing information disclosure regulations and corporate governance practices. Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company is honored to be in the "Top 10 listed enterprises with the best corporate governance practices in 2023-2024". General Director Nhu Dinh Hoa represented the company to receive this award.

Also in November 2024, after nearly six months of implementation, 44 excellent enterprises in the three categories of Annual Report, Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development Report surpassed more than 500 enterprises to be honored at the 2024 Listed Enterprise Voting held in Da Lat.

For the Annual Report category, 96 listed enterprises registered and met the conditions to participate. The Voting Council selected the 30 most outstanding enterprises to be honored, including 10 enterprises in the financial group and 20 enterprises in the non-financial group. Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company was once again voted in the "Top 10 Best Annual Reports - Finance group". This is the sixth time BVSC has been honored in the Top 10 Best Annual Reports at the Vietnam Listed Company Awards and has been in the Top 30 and Top 10 at the previous Vietnam Annual Report Awards for many years. Ms. Bui Thi Mai Hien, Human Resources Director of BVSC, represented the company to receive this award.

The Vietnam Listed Company Awards is an extension of the Vietnam Annual Report Awards, jointly organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the Hanoi Stock Exchange and the Investment Newspaper. With effective technical support from professional partners such as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Vietnam Institute of Directors, the International Finance Corporation and leading auditing firms such as PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY and information support from the State Securities Commission and 02 Stock Exchanges, the results of the VLCA 2024 awards have affirmed the accuracy and objectivity in the evaluation process.
