From 01/05/2026, Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company officially launches the loyalty program "Accumulate trading points – Increase privileges" for customers trading securities at BVSC.

Accordingly, customers who incur eligible transaction fees will be able to accumulate reward points to be converted into benefits to buy products in the Bao Viet ecosystem and/or use the personal assistant privilege package according to BVSC's VIP customer care policy.

Here are the details of the program:

1. PROGRAM NAME: "Earn Trading Points – Increase Privileges"

Reward point program for customers trading securities at BVSC.

2. APPLICABLE TIME: From 01/05/2026 to the end of 30/04/2029.

3. SUBJECTS APPLIED: Domestic individual customers who have securities trading and depository accounts at BVSC.

4. POINT ACCUMULATION MECHANISM:

4.1. Principles for accumulating points:

• Every month, based on the Customer's valid Total Transaction Fees, BVSC calculates and credits reward points to the Customer's reward point account in accordance with the Program's regulations.
• BVSC will send a notification of the number of reward points recorded via the Customer's registered email at BVSC.
• The number of points awarded to customers per month has different values based on the Customer's total transaction fee per month and has a validity period of 01 year according to the approval and notification of BVSC to the Customer.

4.2. How to calculate bonus points:

• The Total Trading Fees used to calculate the redemption of reward points under this Program include the Total Trading Fees incurred on the Sub-accounts of the Client's Securities Trading Account, excluding the Securities Trading Entrustment Sub-Account.
• The maximum number of reward points for 1 account awarded in 1 month is 2,000,000 points. Points in excess of the limit (if any) will not be carried over to the next month and cannot be redeemed in any way.
• Point Rounding Rule: The reward points calculation result is awarded from the Total Trading Fees rounded down to the nearest whole number.

(Example: - Education fee 3,000,049 VND → 3,000,049 : 50 = 60,000.98 → 60,000 points will be awarded;

- Education fee 10,000,099 VND → 10,000,099 : 40 = 250,002.48 → 250,002 points)

5. REDEMPTION PROGRAM

Reward points that are still valid can be converted into cash at the rate of 1 reward point converted into 1 dong to be used to:

• Buying insurance products of Bao Viet Insurance Corporation (BHBV) such as health insurance, auto insurance, motorcycle insurance... with preferential pricing policy
• Redeem for a personal assistant privilege package according to BVSC's VIP customer care policy

6. REDEEMING POINTS FOR PURCHASING INSURANCE PRODUCTS

• Customers are advised by BVSC and BHBV to choose insurance products to buy according to their needs. The premium may be higher or lower than the value of the customer's unused redeemed reward points at that time. If higher, the customer must pay the insurance premium the difference between the premium and the value of the unused donated reward points to purchase that insurance policy at the time of signing the insurance policy or earlier. If it is lower, the remaining reward points will still be tracked on the customer's account for later use.
• Insurance products that customers can redeem points for purchase and the policy of discounting premiums compared to the premiums prescribed by the insurance company are as follows:

7. REDEEM PERSONAL ASSISTANT PRIVILEGE PLAN

In case the Customer uses all or part of the reward points to be redeemed for a personal assistant privilege package under BVSC's VIP customer service program, whereby the Customer will have the opportunity to meet the needs of expanding and enhancing the experience, including healthcare consultation as well as long-term defense solutions to ensure peace of mind in front of the customer. fluctuations of life.

8. TRANSFER/GIFT POINTS

Customers are entitled to give reward points to any other person to use to redeem for money to buy insurance products of BHBV or choose BVSC's VIP personal assistant privilege packages in one of the following ways:

(1) Customers respond when receiving an email notifying them of reward points from BVSC

(2) Directly email to BVSC's info@bvsc.com.vn email address

(3) Call BVSC's 19001018 call center

Note: In emails and calls, the following information is required:

• Information of the reward point recipient includes: full name, ID card/ID number, phone number
• Points awarded to others

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS:

- Reward points are not redeemable for cash.- BVSC reserves the right to check the validity of the transaction.- BVSC reserves the right to adjust the content of the program in accordance with the policy from time to time.
