Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (BVSC) was both honored as the Top 10 listed companies in the capitalization group and had the best corporate governance activities, and at the same time received the Medal recognizing the 25-year journey at the "Listed Companies 2025 Vote (VLCA)" organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE). This achievement is a recognition of BVSC's persistent efforts in improving the quality of governance, information transparency and strict compliance with international standards – a key foundation to strengthen market confidence and shape sustainable development strategies.
In 2025, the set of criteria for evaluating corporate governance will be standardized, in which the proportion of questions about good governance practices will increase from 30% to 40%. Despite the stricter requirements, the average score of the whole market still improved, showing the trend of upgrading governance at listed enterprises. The organisers emphasized the role of transparent disclosure of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board and the ownership structure – especially for indirect ownership. Businesses are also required to continue to strictly comply with regulations on remuneration and bonus disclosure to prevent conflicts of interest and improve accountability. These requirements have been repeated many times and the Organizing Committee expects businesses to complete them soon.

The year 2025 is also a special milestone with 26 years of construction and development of BVSC. During the year, BVSC launched its Annual Report on the theme "Adding Value – Multiplying Success", inspired by the language of mathematics as a symbol of accuracy, logic and transparency. The report is not only an informational document but also a gratitude to customers, shareholders, employees and partners who have accompanied BVSC for the past 25 years; at the same time, affirming the sustainable development orientation that the Company persistently pursues. Each number, chart and story in the report is a testament to BVSC's journey of creating value, successfully spreading to the community and contributing positively to the development of Vietnam's financial market.
