1. Open a trading account:
Step 1:
Existing investors named in the General List of Securities Owners provided by the Securities Depository Center on December 2, 2013, will receive a notice from VFM confirming the number of fund certificates. open VFMVF4.

Step 2:
Investors prepare required documents/information for the procedure of opening an open-ended fund certificate trading account, including:
For individual investors:
Notice Confirmation of VFMVF4 Fund Certificate Holders
Registration form for trading of open-ended fund certificates
Notarized authorization contract (if any)
Valid copy of ID card/passport of investor and authorized person (if any)
Certificate from the bank on the opening of a share capital contribution account (CCA) (for foreign investors) (if any)
Certificate of Transaction Number from the Depository Center (for foreign investors)
Bank account information: account number, bank name, branch opening account.
Information on personal income tax code (if any): for investors who request to issue transaction fee invoices
Certificate of change of registration information (if any).
For legal investors:

Notice Confirmation of VFMVF4 Fund Certificate Ownership (attached to this letter)
Registration form for trading of open-ended fund certificates
Notarized authorization contract (if any)
A valid copy of the Business Registration License
Valid copies of documents related to the decision on renaming, separation, merger of the institutional investor (if any)
Valid copy of ID card/passport of legal representative
Valid copy of ID card/passport of the authorized person (if any)
Certificate from the bank on the opening of a share capital contribution account (CCA) (for foreign investors)
Certificate of Transaction Number from the Depository Center (for foreign investors)
Bank account information: account number, bank name, branch opening account.
Information on corporate tax code
Certificate of change of registration information (if any).

Note :

For Investors who already have a Vietnam Securities Investment Fund (VFMVF1) trading account, when opening a VFMVF4 open fund certificate trading account, the investor only needs to bring a Certificate of Confirmation. own VFMVF4 fund certificates.
Step 3:
Investors directly go to the VFMVF4's Designated Distribution Agent to open an account and record the number of fund certificates VFMVF4 is holding.

In order to be able to trade in the first trading period – Wednesday, January 15, 2014, investors need to submit an account opening application to the Fund's Designated Distributor from December 30, 2013 to January 10. 2014.
After this time, the Fund's Designated Distributor will continue to receive applications for opening accounts so that investors can trade in the next trading periods.

Step 4:
Receive notification of open fund certificate trading account number from Distributor.
