VN-Index decreased by 44.47 points, or 2.31%, to 1,877.13 points, with 116 gaining stocks and 265 declining stocks. The average trading value for the week reached 26,997 billion VND, up 9.18% from the previous week. Foreign investors sold 6,282 billion VND during the week.

The market continues to consolidate its choppy, sideways movement around the old peak with successive alternating gaining and losing sessions. This movement is highly likely to persist within a fluctuating range of 1,860–1,870 to 1,940–1,960 points in the upcoming sessions.

The index’s support zone is 1,850 – 1,860 points.

The index’s resistance zone is 1,880 – 1,885 points.
