At the close, VN-Index gained 5.6 points, or 0.3%, to 1,901.1 points. Similarly, the HNX-Index rose 5.22 points, or 2.1%, to 253.28 points. Trading value on HOSE and HNX reached VND 21.153 trillion and VND 796 billion, respectively.

VN-Index is entering a sideways consolidation phase to rebalance after the previous strong rally. The index may establish a trading range around its previous peak, fluctuating between 1,838–1,843 points and 1,918–1,927 points.

The index’s support zone is 1,885 – 1,890 points.

The index’s resistance zone is 1,910 – 1,920 points.
