At the close, VN-Index increased by 18.73 points (+1.01%), to 1,879.64. In contrast, HNX-Index decreased by 0.9 points (-0.34%), to 262.33. Trading value on HOSE and HNX reached VND 31,687 billion and VND 1,355 billion, respectively.

VN-Index is forming an accumulation base below the 1,885–1,900-point resistance zone. Liquidity has declined to below the 20-session average, while foreign investors continue to maintain strong net selling. The index is likely to continue fluctuating within a narrow accumulation range in the final session of the week.

The index’s support zone is 1,860 – 1,870 points.
