GUIDELINES TO OPEN STOCK TRADE ACCOUNTS/ON

01. OPEN SECURITIES TRADING ACCOUNT

Customers wishing to open a Securities Trading Account, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1

Please carefully study the forms corresponding to your needs and prepare necessary documents for opening a securities trading account in accordance with BVSC's regulations. As follows:

Application Dossier for domestic individual clients

Application Dossier for domestic institutional client

Application Dossier for foreign individual clients

Application Dossier for foreign institutional clients

Step 2

After preparing relevant documents according to the instructions in step 1, please go to BVSC's transaction offices to open an account or contact BVSC for support.

Step 3

Please fill in the correct information according to the instructions of the staff of the Transaction Office. For utility services, customers sign in the corresponding right box to register. In case customers register for all services, only sign the confirmation in the section including all services (section 14).

Customers sign and clearly write their names, stamps (if they are institutional investors) on the application forms as prescribed in the presence of BVSC staff with the quantity of 02 copies.

Step 4

Complete account opening and transaction instructions: As soon as the account opening file is received, BVSC's broker will activate the account, notify the account number, transaction password, and transfer to the customer 01 copy. Contracts and documents approved; guide customers on how to transact and use services at BVSC.

02. OPEN A STOCK TRADE ACCOUNT ONLINE

Customers wishing to open an Online Securities Trading Account, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1

Please access to download BVSC@Mobile App at App Store or Play Store (Customers can refer here).

Step 2

Follow the steps exactly as instructed here. You already own an account and can trade Stocks right away!

Note:

Immediately after receiving information on opening an online trading account of customers. BVSC's brokerage staff will contact and support customers to make video calls to complete the procedure and open the money transfer feature.
