At the close, VN-Index dropped 9.93 points, or 0.59%, to 1,670.97 points. Similarly, HNX-Index decreased by 1.35 points, or 0.48%, to 277.63 points. Trading value on HOSE and HNX reached VND 32,484 billion and VND 3,912 billion, respectively.

Investor caution ahead of key events in the final sessions of the week could lead to continued market fluctuations within a narrow range, supported by the upward trend line that has been in place since April, corresponding to the dynamic support zone of 1,655–1,665 points.

The support zone for VN-Index is located at 1,650 – 1,660 points.

The resistance zone for VN-Index is located at 1,680 – 1,700 points.
