The attempt at overcoming the 1280-point resistance zone failed. VnIndex lost 7.59 points (-0,59%) and closed at 1,268.21 points. Similarly, Hnx-Index lost 1.18 points (-0.5%) and closed at 234.96 points.

VnIndex adjusted, with trading volume at the 20-session average. The positive point is that the MA20 is approaching and showing signs of crossing the MA50. This development signaled that the short-term movement is turning favorably.

The support zones for VnIndex are at 1270-1275 points and 1250-1260 points.

The resistance zone for the index is at 1290-1305 points.
