At the close of the session, VN-Index advanced 8.56 points (+0.51%) to finish at 1,687.06 points. In contrast, HNX-Index declined 1.91 points (-0.71%) to 266.78 points. Total trading value reached VND 24,578 billion on the HOSE and VND 2,025 billion on the HNX.

VN-Index is expected to continue testing the resistance area around the 1,700-point level in the final session of the week. The market’s recovery movement may unfold within a narrow trading range, accompanied by strong sector rotation driven by Q3 earnings results of listed companies.

VN-Index's support zone: 1,650 – 1,660 points.

VN-Index's resistance zone: 1,700 – 1,710 points.
