At the close of the session, VN-Index gained 15.07 points (+0.91%), to reach 1,678.5 points. Similarly, HNX-Index gained 4.04 points (+1.53%), to 268.69 points. The total trading value on the HOSE and HNX exchanges reached VND 32,125 billion and VND 2,856 billion, respectively.

VN-Index’s rebound is considered a necessary reaction, helping to ease margin call pressure and creating room for the market to regain its position above the 50-day moving average (MA50). The index may continue to test the resistance area around the 1,700-point level in the final sessions of the week.
