The VN-Index closed the session up 18.96 points, or 1.16%, to settle at 1,654.42 points. Similarly, the HNX-Index advanced 1.08 points (+0.4%) to finish at 268.69 points. The trading value on HOSE and HNX reached VND21,531 bn and VND1,737 bn, respectively.

This week's market performance will remain subject to the exchange rate, deposit rates, and net foreign selling. The market could still retest the 1,600–1,620 support band to build up momentum before an anticipated recovery extension toward the 1,700–1,720 upper channel.

The VN-Index’s support zone is 1,630 – 1,645 points.

The VN-Index’s resistance zone is 1,660 – 1,680 points.
