At the close, VN-Index rose by 13.75 points (+1.12%), to 1,240.05 points. Similarly, HNX-Index increased by 0.87 points (+0.41%), to 212.81 points. Trading value on HOSE and HNX reached VND 15,534 billion and VND 724 billion, respectively.

VN-Index is likely to continue its upward movement and challenge the resistance zone of 1,245–1,250 points in the early sessions of the week. However, we note that this remains a strong resistance that may not be easily breached at the moment.

VN-Index support: 1,180 – 1,200 points.

VN-Index resistance: 1,245 - 1,250 points.
