At the close, VN-Index fell by 13.56 points, equivalent to 0.82%, to 1,644.63 points. Similarly, HNX-Index decreased by 1.46 points, or 0.58%, to 248.21 points. Trading value on HOSE and HNX reached VND 20,503 billion and VND 1,262 billion, respectively.

VN-Index is showing signs of forming a consolidation range around the 200-day moving average. Continuous net selling by foreign investors over the past 10 consecutive sessions has created significant pressure on the index’s recovery efforts.

The index’s support zone is 1,620 – 1,630 points.

The index’s resistance zone is 1,650 – 1,670 points.
