At the close of the session, VN-Index dropped by 56.64 points (-3.44%) to 1,591.17. Similarly, HNX-Index fell by 5.92 points (-2.43%) to 237.54. Trading value on HOSE and HNX reached VND 29,260 billion and VND 1,736 billion, respectively.

The short-term market outlook is facing significant challenges as ongoing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East show no signs of de-escalating, increasing risks related to inflation, and domestic exchange rates.

The index’s support zone is 1,550 – 1,580 points.

The index’s resistance zone is 1,650 – 1,680 points.
