VN-Index fell 3.03 points (-0.18%) to 1,693.21. Meanwhile, the HNX-Index declined 0.1 points (-0.04%) to 245.74. Trading value on HOSE and HNX reached VND 23,060 billion and VND 1,762 billion, respectively.

VN-Index continues to fluctuate within a narrow range, forming a new price base above the 200-day moving average. Liquidity continues to decline and remains below the 20-session average. The index’s corrective consolidation within a tight range may persist during the early sessions of the week, as the market prepares for upcoming events such as the March futures contract expiration and the portfolio rebalancing activities of ETFs later in the week.

The index’s support zone is 1,670 – 1,680 points.

The index’s resistance zone is 1,700 – 1,720 points.
