During the week, VN-Index increased by 56.24 points, equivalent to 3.08%, to 1,880.33 points, with 201 gainers and 165 decliners. The average trading value for the week reached VND 31,184 billion, up 33.43% compared to the previous week. Foreign investors recorded a net sell of VND 4,814 billion during the week.

VN-Index moved toward testing the resistance zone around 1,900 points but was unsuccessful. The index may need additional time to consolidate below this resistance area before it can break out above the previous peak.
