At the close, VN-Index gained 3.32 points (+0.33%), reaching 1,676.98. In the same direction, HNX-Index rose 0.11 points (+0.04%) to 253.23. Trading value on HOSE and HNX reached VND 18,582 billion and VND 940 billion, respectively.

VN-Index edged lower for most of the session before staging a strong recovery toward the close and ending with a modest gain. The index is expected to continue fluctuating around the 50-day moving average in the next session.

The VN-Index’s support zone is 1,650 – 1,660 points.

The VN-Index’s resistance zone is 1,680 – 1,700 points.
