VN-Index closed the session up 3.38 points (+0.21%), at 1,611.6 points. Similarly, HNX-Index gained 3.22 points (+1.16%), reaching 279.69 points. The total trading value on HOSE and HNX was VND 55,918 billion and VND 5,176 billion, respectively. Foreign investors were net sellers, with a net selling value of VND 1,479.25 billion on HOSE and VND 31.02 billion on HNX.

VN-Index continues to consolidate its slow-moving trend within the 1595-1630-point range. The market's upward momentum may carry the risk of corrections and fluctuations appearing intermittently as it moves within this resistance zone.

VN-Index’s support: 1,590 – 1,600 points.

VN-Index’s resistance: 1,615 - 1,620 points.
