The VN-Index ended the session up 2.66 points, or 0.15%, to settle at 1,677.54 points. Meanwhile, the HNX-Index advanced 1.67 points (+0.68%) to close at 246.7 points. Trading value on HOSE and HNX reached VND15,152 bn and VND 992 bn, respectively.

VN-Index successfully retested the MA200 and rebounded toward the end of the session. Market breadth was relatively balanced between gainers and losers.  Continued decline in liquidity indicates limited selling pressure.

The index’s support zone is 1,665 – 1,667 points.

The index’s resistance zone is 1,679 – 1,682 points.
