“From Learning to Earning” is an experiential program organized by BVSC, helping Universities’ students step out of theory to approach the reality of the stock market. Throughout 3 journeys: Experience knowledge; Experience skills and Experience Investment students, create opportunities for students to not only learn lessons in class but also directly try to be at the role of investors.
During the event, students will be transformed and experience the morning routine of the real Financial Consultants to participate in the updated news conference with the Research department. By this chance, students will realize the importance of capturing information about investment highlights before starting the trading session in order to update news for customers. Moreover, under the guidance of Financial Consultants, students had the opportunity to explore the whole picture of the Vietnamese stock market through many interesting perspectives such as the organizational structure of a security company, the operation of stock market and how to read the price board, how to place a stock order, etc.
Not only sharing about the theory, the program also gives students practical experiences when they can participate in placing stock orders right in the trading session with the sponsorship capital from BVSC through the mini game "Beat the market - Be a master". At the end of the session, students visited the professional working environment at BVSC, interacted directly with leaders of specialized departments, and discussed practical issues in the finance - securities industry, as well as future career orientation.
BVSC has successfully coordinated the program with universities such as Hanoi Academy of Finance, VinUniversity, Ton Duc Thang University,... which shows that the program is not just a normal office tour but a journey to sow the seeds of knowledge, inspire passion for investment and connect the young generation with the Vietnamese financial market. BVSC’s mission is to accompany universities nationwide, bringing practical knowledge and financial experience values, helping students confidently enter the world of investment right from their university days.
